Job Descriptions

• This is a crucial role to the success of the Data Warehouse team and work closely with the Business Department in the company to support them where required to produce the data and report requested by their department Chiefs.  Every source system will have difference challenges, and the full data warehouse team, will support you with the analysis of the data, data submission method and how to visualize unconventional data.  As you work closely with these department you will be identifying process improvements to help improve data accuracy and faster reporting. 
• System processes will also be required in the data warehouse department to ensure operational efficiency. 
• Understand their departments better, make more informed decisions and shar the data throughout the company.
• Focusing on refining the reporting and accuracy and look into more advanced modeling, process automation and the introduction of Big Data
• Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture
• Assemble large and complex data sets that meet business requirements
• Identify, design, and implement ETL process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery and etc
• Build the Data required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and BW4HANA big data technologies
• Working with data and analytics experts to strive for greater functionally in our data systems

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in MIS, IT, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Computer or other related field
• Advanced working SQL, knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL), as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases
• Experience building and optimizing "big data" data pipelines (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka and etc), architectures and data sets
• Experience with related SQL and NoSQL databases, including SAP BW and SAP BW4HANA
• Experience with object-oriented/object function scripting languages: Python, Java.Net and etc
• Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured dataset

 Job Scope & responsibilities

1. Project Management and Solution Development – BI Solutions (Data Warehouse & Analytics)

• Gather requirements from business and provide best-fit solution
• Negotiate vendor contracts and ensure compliance with specification
• Design, Plan and Execute solution development including documentation
• Work with team member from, within BI team and cross-fuctions

2. Functional Development

• Keep up to date on lastest technologies related to the current analytics platforms, data integration, and also business intelligence tools.

3. Resource management and development

• Ensure and contribute to the development of own technical and competencies to meet the organization goal
• Provide appropriate feedback and coaching others
• Maintain high-level of self motivation
• Conduct periodically khowledge sharing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Sciences or other related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in implementation IT System
• Experience in SQL programming in one of these RDBMSs such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL
• Experience with ETL techniques that enable data ingestion, data blending, and data integration
• Experience in Hyperion Financial Reporting (HFM)
• Good knowledge of business intelligence tools such Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects, or Qlink, a plus
• Excellent communication skills to convey messages between technical & non-technical teams
• Work well under high pressure

TM1: This role will focus on designing, building and controlling Business Intelligence solutions in the TM1 and Cognos application suite. These solutions support the various functions of the business (including Finance, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and Operations).

Qualification:

• Age not over 38 years old
• 7+ year of experiences with IBM Cognos TM1, BI (version 10 – 11)
• Strong experience on IBM Cognos TM1, BI (version 10 – 11)
• Strong experience with Turbo Integrator processes development, Dimensions, Cubes, Cube rules, TM1 input templates and Active form reports.
• Cognos BI Administration and Cognos TM1 administration knowledge required.
• Working experience in agile development methodology.
• Solid TM1 / Planning Analytics development skills.
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting– understand financial planning and budgeting process.
• SQL experience and familiarity with data warehouse tables and a basic understanding of data warehouse concepts
• Should have strong analytical skills, team-oriented with excellent multi-tasking and coordination skills.
• Good at English communication.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Lead analytical projects that create value and insight to guide data-driven business decisions & operational improvement
• Design and maintain large/complex cubes and dimensions following the best practices including strong knowledge of TM1 Rules and Processes.
• Develop Data Integration/Architecture/ETL programming
• Implement reports and dashboards from business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and correct inaccurate data in a timely manner.

Your contribution to the team:

• Design and develop End to End Information Management Solutions – designing backend (database) dataflows and visualize data through advanced BI & Analytics Tools 
• Analyze business reporting requirements
• Analyze physical sources and create logical tables, dimensions, facts and aggregation rules
• Create (backend) data workflows to serve reporting needs
