Role responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the data extraction and sorting related to the operation of the warehouse and logistics center, and provide data support for the overall operation of the warehouse and logistics center.

Qualification:

Job Qualification:

Supports the plant organization in the implementation and usage of PLATFORM solution and analyses high data volumes to deduct statistically verified knowledge about production processes improvement areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform as one Part in Management of the tire Yield to improve the yield of (Visual + TU) according to plant requirement and investigation to support Quality Teams to find root cause of the problem
• Work together with BT team to find solution related to rework issue (Production, Curing BT, Tire Building BT, Extruder BT, Cold Prep BT, Mixing BT)
• Provide ideas about process improvement to BT concerning the main defects trend for all OE articles, Especially critical Article
• Continuous analysis on Rework ,Work Together with TU team to do the Trouble shooting
• Involve in Problem Structure Solving activity related to customer complaint due to tire appearance & TU defects
• Coordinate and drive team member to the correct direction to reduce rework by executing and follow up action plan from all each related person in respective area
• Provide the data analysis results and Main Problems daily presentation and BT feedback to TU Engineer Product and Process Quality Assurance Manager
• Reporting to TU Engineer the activities on daily basis the setting goals and target
• Support TU team to analysis the results regarding tire rework and TU virgin yield
• Support to ETO/ ISD data analysis
• Key user of MUSTANG. To do the data maintenance

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree at least related fields with practical experiences
